At UDG Gear, we stand by the quality of our professional DJ and producer equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Secure Packaging

Place the gear in its original retail box and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Gear

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
